The Innovator Founder visa not only allows you to start a company in the UK but also enables you to work in another job in the country.

You do not need to demonstrate investment capital to obtain an Innovator Founder visa (however, we strongly recommend you do that to strengthen your application). It is sufficient to present a viable plan to start, relocate, and further develop an innovative business in the UK.

The Innovator Founder visa requires that the idea is innovative and not yet on the market. You and your partner can join forces and apply for the visa together using the same business plan. If you apply separately, you must each have distinct ideas for promoting the startup. If one partner has already obtained a visa and registered a company in the UK, we will be happy to help you obtain a Sponsor Licence and hire the second partner on a Skilled Worker visa.
