Holders of Innovator Founder, Global Talent, and Skilled Worker visas can only bring close relatives, such as a spouse or children under 18. You also need to provide a bank account with a balance of at least £1,555. You need to show £315 in your account for the first child, and an additional £200 for each subsequent child.
The Home Office makes the decision on whether to grant a visa to the UK. We understand which points are critical and will help you prepare your application to meet the requirements, thereby minimising the risk of rejection.
To obtain Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) in the UK, you need to live in the country for 3 to 10 years, depending on your chosen path. After that, you can apply for citizenship after residing in the UK for at least 5 years, including 1 year with ILR.
At the moment, the Start-up visa programme is closed and has been replaced by the Innovator Founder visa. You can find out more about why the Start-up visa was discontinued here.
The Start-up Visa was available until 2019, when it was replaced by the Innovator Visa. The Innovator Visa was then replaced by the Innovator Founder Visa in April 2023. We assist clients with applying for the Innovator Founder Visa and support them throughout the entire process to citizenship.
